“Jack of the Woods remodeled our upper staircase in our small 85 year old Northeast English Cottage. The beat-up half-wall was replaced with a beautiful railing including rail, balusters, and newels. The white oak floor was extended to accommodate the new railing using excellent condition salvaged white oak flooring as well as new white oak. The stringers on the upper section were refurbished and the existing treads were replaced with new white oak treads; the risers were replaced as well. And a railing was added to the lower section of the stairway.
